Compliance

At all stages of a project Colman Property Services liases extensively with all the relevant bodies to ensure it meets all current building standards and safety regulations. Our gas engineers are members of the Gas Safety Register, and our electrical contractor is a member of NIC EIC. Full certification of work is always provided upon completion of projects including local authority building & planning regulations certificates, gas safety records and NIC EIC safety certificates.

When dealing with utility providers Colman Property Services deals directly with all relevant gas, water and electrical companies whilst taking care of all the important administrative tasks. This keeps the project moving smoothly through to completion.
